  Chiropractic Care

  What is it?

Care starts with an in-depth spinal analysis using a heat-sensing instrument to spot temperature changes, on-site X-rays, and a hands-on check of how the spine is moving. That level of detail lets Dr. Matt pinpoint exactly which segments are out of place, so adjustments target only those areas instead of the whole spine.

  Who is it for?

Anyone whose nervous system is under physical, chemical, or emotional stress, whether that shows up as pain, tightness, or just a sense that the body isn't working the way it should.

  Benefits:

  • Pinpoints exact source of misalignment
  • Whole body feels and functions better
  • Care tailored to your spine only
  • Nervous system works as it should

• Gonstead Technique

  Gonstead Technique

  What is it?

Unlike techniques that adjust every segment of the spine as routine, this method looks at the whole spine but corrects only the areas a five-part analysis shows are truly misaligned. That analysis combines a heat-sensing instrument, on-site X-rays, and hands-on motion palpation to map exactly where problems exist before any adjustment happens.

  Who is it for?

Patients who want a full-spine evaluation paired with precise, targeted adjustments rather than routine work on every segment, including those who haven't found relief with more generalized adjusting.

  Benefits:

  • Pinpoints exact segments that are misaligned
  • Adjustments limited to what actually needs it
  • Backed by X-ray and instrument readings
  • More precise than routine, whole-spine adjusting

• Sports Chiropractic

  Sports Chiropractic

  What is it?

Recovering from a sports injury often means being told to just rest, but that can take as much of a toll mentally as physically. Using in-depth Gonstead analysis, care here traces an injury back to its root cause, then builds a plan that keeps you training, within reason, while your body heals.

  Who is it for?

Athletes and active patients at Level Up Chiropractic, from lifelong competitors to weekend warriors, who've been hurt or want to lower their risk of injury before it happens.

  Benefits:

  • Gets you back to training faster
  • Corrects the root cause, not just symptoms
  • Lowers risk of re-injury
  • Helps you perform at a new level

• Pregnancy Chiropractic

  Pregnancy Chiropractic

  What is it?

Using the Webster technique, an adjustment designed specifically for pregnant bodies, care focuses on the sacrum to ease stress on the pelvis and surrounding ligaments. This gives the uterus more room, helping the baby settle into a head-down position before birth. A table with a cutout keeps you comfortable lying face down, even in the final weeks.

  Who is it for?

Pregnant women looking for gentle, pregnancy-specific adjustments through every trimester, plus new moms who want a checkup for themselves and their baby after delivery.

  Benefits:

  • Eases stress on the pelvis
  • Creates more room for baby to grow
  • May lead to shorter delivery times
  • Comfortable positioning through every trimester

• Pediatric Chiropractic

  Pediatric Chiropractic

  What is it?

Birth itself puts a surprising amount of force on a baby's neck, and a normal childhood—crawling, falling, learning to walk—adds more bumps and misalignments along the way. Using gentle Gonstead adjustments, with about as much pressure as checking a piece of fruit for ripeness, corrects those issues early, before they turn into bigger compensation patterns.

  Who is it for?

Babies right after birth through older kids still learning to crawl, walk, and play, especially those whose parents want to catch and correct issues early.

  Benefits:

  • Corrects birth-related neck stress early
  • Prevents small issues from compounding
  • Gentle, light-force adjustments for kids
  • Helps kids grow and develop as they should

• Orthotics

  Orthotics

  What is it?

Off-the-shelf inserts aren't matched to your foot, and even most custom orthotics are molded to a foot that's already misaligned. Here, the foot joints are adjusted first, sometimes over several visits, so everything is properly aligned before casting begins.

  Who is it for?

Anyone whose feet need more than a generic insert, especially patients who've tried standard custom orthotics before without getting the fit or results they expected.

  Benefits:

  • Molded to a properly aligned foot
  • Helps maintain functional foot position
  • Also helps keep spinal alignment in place
  • More precise than off-the-shelf inserts

  What is it?

Rather than overhauling your diet overnight, which usually backfires, this starts with a simple three-day food log, including one weekend day, to get a clear picture of your current eating habits. From there, Dr. Matt works with you to build small changes, one at a time, that you can actually keep up.

  Who is it for?

Anyone who's tried big, all-at-once diet overhauls and burned out, and wants a slower, more manageable way to change how they eat.

  Benefits:

  • Avoids overwhelm from drastic changes
  • Based on your real eating habits
  • Small changes that are easier to keep
  • One-on-one guidance from Dr. Matt
