New Patients at Level Up Chiropractic
After you’ve booked your appointment at Level Up Chiropractic, our staff will contact you to explain our fees and let you know exactly what to expect at your first visit. Our new patient paperwork will be emailed to you, or you may complete it in the office a few minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
Your First Visit
As a Gonstead practitioner, Dr. Matt offers a very in-depth analysis to detect the subluxations that are causing your pain or dysfunction. Your first visit will take about an hour, during which time Dr. Matt will listen as you detail your health history and what has caused you to seek our care. He’ll help you identify your goals and explain how chiropractic care can help you reach them.
Your Second Visit
At your second visit, Dr. Matt will explain what he found in your examination and X-rays, and talk with you about our recommendations for care. We want to help you achieve your specific goals, and we work with you to create a care plan that’s right for you. This visit will take about 30-45 minutes, and you’ll get adjusted at this visit as well.
Education
Giving our patients the tools they need to create the health and wellness they desire is a big part of what we do, and Dr. Matt will explain how specific exercises or lifestyle changes may benefit you. We’re never heavy-handed in our approach, and if you’re not interested in making changes we’ll work with you to help ensure your body has the resiliency necessary to deal with the stress it encounters on a daily basis.
